Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management, Physician Assistant - Pain Management

Job Details:
• Provide pain management services at two locations - primarily at Glenlake Comprehensive Specialty Center in Sandy Springs and Kaiser Permanente Gwinnett Comprehensive Medical Center in Duluth
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
• Must be experienced in Pain Management
• Will have scheduled days at each site with ability to float between the two locations
• Must be board certification eligible
• Georgia medical license required
• Multiple certifications required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 21 days
• One year of fellowship training preferred

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
